Information you provide
When you contact M Nayem, the form collects your name, email address, message and any optional subject you enter. This information is used to read your message, respond and maintain correspondence. Please do not send passwords, financial details or other sensitive information.
Form delivery and service providers
The contact form sends your message through this WordPress site’s configured email service to the site owner. The hosting and email providers process this information for delivery. To limit repeated submissions, the site stores a keyed hash of the network IP address in a temporary rate-limit record with a one-minute expiry; this form does not save the raw IP address or message in the WordPress database. Server and email logs follow the providers’ retention settings. Hosting, email and font providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when their services are used.
Cookies and external services
This site does not currently run advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Google Fonts supplies the typography. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in accounts and may offer a comment-details cookie when visitors choose to save their details. Social profile links open external websites; their privacy policies apply there. Advertisement placeholders do not currently serve advertisements.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the conversation. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent by emailing [email protected]. Requests are handled subject to applicable obligations and the capabilities of service providers.
Security and updates
Reasonable care is taken with information, but no internet transmission is completely secure. This policy may be updated when the site or its services change. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.
